Subject: Amendment in Para 9.05 of FTP 2023 to remove per-consignment value limit for courier exports - regarding.
S.O. (E) - In exercise of powers conferred by section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraphs 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends Para 9.05 of Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023 (Export through Courier Service/Post) as under :

Effect of this Notification: The value limit per consignment for exports through courier service shall stand withdrawn with effect from April 01, 2026.
