Subject: Corrigendum to Notification No. 21/2025-26 dated 27.06.2025 on Port restriction on import of certain goods from Bangladesh to India under ITC (HS), 2022 Schedule 1 (Import Policy)-reg.

In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following correction in Notification No. 21/2025-26 dated 27.06.2025:-

In Para 19(2) (ix) to General Notes regarding Import Policy under ITC (HS), 2022 Schedule 1 (Import Policy) , notified vide Notification No. 21/2025-26 dated 27.06.2025, the HS Code 530010 for ‘Unbleached woven fabrics of jute or of other textile bast fibers’, may be read as HS Code 531010.
