Check the official recordThe Directorate General of Foreign Trade extends the deadline for filing the Annual RoDTEP Return for the financial year 2023-24. Subject: - Extension of filing Annual RoDTEP Returns-reg.
In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 & 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, as amended from time to time, the period for filing Annual RoDTEP Returns for Financial Year 2023-24 is further extended till 31.03.2026 with payment of a composition fee of Rs 15,000/-, effective from the date of publication of this Public Notice.
Effect of this Public Notice: The period for filing of Annual RoDTEP Return (ARR) for FY 2023-24 has been extended from 30.11.2025 to 31.03.2026 with composition fee of Rs 15,000/- in the interest of ease of doing business and export promotion.
