Subject: Extension of Minimum Import Price (MIP) Condition of specific items covered under Chapter 29 of ITC HS, 2022, Schedule -I (Import Policy)-regarding.
S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 and Section 5 of Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby extends the Minimum Import (MIP) condition imposed vide Notification No. 30/2025-26 dated 18.09.2025 on specific items covered under Chapter 29 of ITC HS, 2022, Schedule -I (Import Policy), for a period up to 30.11.2026 with all other terms and conditions of the above said notification remaining the same.
Effect of the Notification: Minimum Import Price (MIP) @ USD $ 111 per Kg on Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF) value, imposed on import of ATS-8 {(4R-Cis)-1,1-Dimethylethyl-6- cyanomethyl-2,2-dimethyl-1-3- dioxane-4-acetate} under ITC (HS) Codes 29329990, 29339990, 29333990, 29321990, 29349990, 29420090, 29189990, 29159099, 29163990 and 29225090 has been extended for the period up to 30.11.2026.
This is issued with the approval of the Minister of Commerce & Industry.
