Sir, The Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya National Academy of Social Security (PDNASS) has been conducting Workshop for Employers of Exempted Establishments on Employees' Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952 for the last several years. The response for the workshop from the industry has been quite encouraging and almost all the participants felt such programmes should be conducted regularly. As per the feedback of participants in the earlier workshop, on 25th November 2022, PDUNASS is organizing one-day workshop for Employers of Exempted Establishments. The session plan for .the same is as below: ~ Regulatory framework for Exempted Trusts • Grant of Exemption • Surrender/ Cancellation of Exempted • Ranking System ~ IT framework for Exempted trusts • Initiatives in l.T • ECR/ e-return/ e-challan etc. > Panel discussion I: Best practices exempted trust > Panel discussion II: Exemption issues and challenges 2. The above workshop is for the Senior/Middle Level management of t he Exempted Establishments. It is requested to sponsor suitable Level officers of your establishment for the above for the above workshop. 3. The participation fee for residential participants is Rs. 7500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) per participant including both boarding and lodging and Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) per participant for Non-Residential participants. Fee once deposited shall not be refunded after acceptance of nominations by the Academy. There are only limited seats available for the nominations. Hence, the nominations shall be accepted on " First come first serve" basic. Contd ... -2- 4. The stay arrangements will be made available for the nominated person(s) for residential purpose in the Hostel/Campus of the Academy from the evening of previous day i.e. 24.11.2022 and upto the next day (upto 12 noon) after the end of the programme i.e. 26.11.2022. 5. The nominations dully filled in the specific format (enclosed) should reach at PDNASS at the earliest by e-mail us at: natrss@epfindia.gov.in to enable us to make proper arrangements for the participants. The same may be downloaded from EPFO Website with URL -www.epfindia.com. 6.
