विषय:- दिनांक 31.12.2021(2018(1/4/2018 to 31/12/2018), 2019, 2020, 2021 ) तक की स्थिति अनुसार आशुलिपिक का अखिल भारतीय पदक्रम / वरिष्ठता सूची का मसौदा।

कृपया वर्ष 2018 (1/4/2018 से 31/12/2018), 2019, 2020, 2021 के लिए क.रा.बी निगम में आशुलिपिकों की अखिल भारतीय पदक्रम / वरिष्ठता सूची का संलग्न मसौदा प्राप्त करें, जिसे सभी संबंधितों को प्रचारित किया जाना है, ताकि आपत्तियां, यदि कोई हो, तो प्राप्त की जा सके।

यदि किसी कर्मचारी से 21/10/2025 तक कोई आपत्ति प्राप्त होती है, तो उसे संबंधित क्षेत्रीय निदेशक की विस्तृत टिप्पणियों के साथ 24/10/2025 तक या उससे पूर्व jd-admin2@esic.nic.in पर ईमेल के माध्यम से इस कार्यालय को सूचित करें ताकि मुख्यालय इस विषय पर दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार उचित कार्रवाई कर सके।

उपर्युक्त तिथि के पश्चात प्राप्त अभ्यावेदनों/आपत्तियों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा तथा तदनुसार अखिल भारतीय वरिष्ठता सूची को अंतिम रूप दे दिया जाएगा।

यह सक्षम प्राधिकारी के अनुमोदन से जारी किया जाता है।

MEMORANDUM

Subject: Draft All India Gradation/Seniority list of Stenographer for the year 2018(1/4/2018 to 31/12/2018), 2019, 2020, 2021-regarding.

The draft seniority list of Stenographer for the year 2018(1/4/2018 to 31/12/2018), 2019, 2020, 2021 may kindly be circulated among the concerned employees and objections, if any, may please be forwarded to this office (E-II Branch's email jd-admin2@esic.nic.in), Hqrs. Office along with detailed comments.

The said objections, if any, received from the concerned officials upto 21.10.2025 should be forwarded to this office on or before 24.10.2025 so as to enable Hqrs. Office to correct/finalize the seniority list in accordance with instructions on the subject.

The representation/objections, if any, received after the above date will not be considered and the Gradation/Seniority list of Stenographer for the year 2018(1/4/2018 to 31/12/2018), 2019, 2020, 2021 shall be finalized accordingly.

This issues with approval of Competent Authority.
