The Employees' State Insurance Corporation directs institutions to recover excess payments made for Emicizumab injections under DGESIC rate contracts 143C and 160. The price reduction follows a basic customs duty exemption by the Ministry of Finance. Competent authorities and drawing and disbursing officers of respective institutions must recover the rate difference from subsequent bills of M/s. Roche Products (India) Private Limited and maintain records. The revised price for Emicizumab 60mg applies from 31 March 2025. The revised price for Emicizumab 30mg applies from 21 May 2025.

Reference captioned subject, additionally, it is informed that as the downward revision of rates is due to reduction in Basic Customs Duty, the reduction in rates for Emicizumab Inj-30mg and 60 mg are applicable for both the DGESIC RCz 143C & 160 and the difference in rates have to be deducted since their effective dates as mentioned against each:
