Our National Song "Vande Mataram" by Bankim Chatterjee is believed to have been written during the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Navami, which in 1875 was on 07th November. Government of India has decided to commemorate 150 Years of Vande Mataram through year long commemorative activities across the country from 07th November 2025 to 07th November 2026. In this regard, you are kindly requested to take necessary action, as per the attached D.O. letter No. CM-21/1/2025- C&M received from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. Additionally, you are requested to share high-quality photographs and video clips of the events/activities organized, along with a brief description, for hosting on ESIC's official social media handles. Kindly email the same to: socialmedia.pr@esic.gov.in. Your cooperation in ensuring the successful Commemoration of 150 Years of Vande Mataram is highly appreciated.
