शुद्धिपत्र / CORRIGENDUM

कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम ज्ञापन दिनांक 24.07.2026 के आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए, दिनांक 31.08.2023 की स्थिति के अनुसार GDMO उप-संवर्ग के CMO (NFSG) के वेतन स्तर-13 (ग्रेड पे ₹8,700/-) में चिकित्सा अधिकारियों से संबंधित पदक्रम/वरिष्ठता सूची में क्रमांक 116 से क्रमांक 123 तक अंकित चिकित्सा अधिकारियों की वरिष्ठता निम्नानुसार पढ़ी जाए:

In partial modification of the ESIC Memorandum dated 24.07.2026 regarding the Gradation/Seniority List in respect of Medical Officers in CMO (Non-Functional Selection Grade) of the GDMO Sub-Cadre in Pay Level-13 (Grade Pay ₹8,700/-), as on 31.08.2023, the seniority in respect of Medical Officer placed in seniority list from Sl. No. 116 to Sl. No. 123 shall be read as under:

यह भी सूचित किया जाता है कि क्रमांक 11, 20, 43, 90, 129 एवं 143 पर अंकित चिकित्सा अधिकारियों ने पदक्रम/वरिष्ठता सूची के संबंध में अपनी प्रस्तुतियाँ/आपत्तियाँ (लंबित SCA No. 14726/2023) वापस ले ली हैं तथा अखिल भारतीय वरिष्ठता सूची की प्रयोज्यता पर सहमति व्यक्त की है।

Further, the Medical Officers at Sl. Nos. 11, 20, 43, 90, 129 and 143 have withdrawn their representations/objections (SCA No. 14726/2023) regarding the Gradation/Seniority List and agreed to the applicability of the All India Seniority List.

पदक्रम/वरिष्ठता सूची की अन्य सभी विषय-वस्तु यथावत रहेगी।

All other contents of the Gradation/Seniority List shall remain unchanged.

यह सक्षम प्राधिकारी के अनुमोदन से जारी किया जाता है।

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
