The Employees State Insurance Corporation deletes seven items of M/s. Martin & Brown Biosciences from rate contracts 154, 157, and 158. Medical directors, deans, superintendents, and state directors must follow the deletion instructions. For items numbered 13, 196, 1327, 2397, 111, and 2040, staff must not place supply orders with any firm. For item number 1590b in rate contract 157, staff must delete only M/s Martin & Brown Biosciences and place supply orders with the L1 firm.

I am hereby directed to convey the approval of Competent Authority for deletion of following seven (07) drugs/items awarded to M/s. Martin & Brown Biosciences from the approved item list of DGESIC RCs-154, 157 & 158, as detailed below:

S.no. 7 : Deletion of firm M/s Martin & Brown Biosciences ONLY being L2. Supply Order can be placed to L1 firm for Item no. 1590b in DG ESIC RC-157 for continuity of supply.
