Please refer to the letters dated 28.08.2026 issued by the Establishment Branch (copies enclosed), which informed that the establishment of new Sub-Regional Offices at Bilaspur, Rajkot, Jamshedpur, Jabalpur, and Meghalaya was approved in the 198th Meeting of the Corporation.

In view of the above, it is hereby informed that separate Revenue Codes have been allotted to the newly established Sub-Regional Offices, as detailed below:

This is for your information and further necessary action.

This issues with the approval of the Insurance Commissioner (Revenue).
