Sir, Please refer to your letter vide No. 42-Z-17/28/2021-Estt-III (Part-3) dated 17.10.2025 on the subject cited. It is to informed you that the approval has been given by the Director General for the advance disbursement of salary for the month of October, 2025 on 24.10.2025 to the Employees/Officers of Bihar Region in accordance with Rule 217(1) of Central Treasury Rules on account of Chhath Festival. Further, it is also requested that this may be circulated to all the ESIC filed units working in the State of Bihar for disbursing the Advance Salary to the Employees/Officers on account of Chhath Festival.
