Reference: Headquarters’ Circular dated 05.05.2025 regarding self-execution and instructions issued vide letter dated 22.11.2024. Sir/Madam, Kindly refer to the above subject. In this regard, it is informed that with the approval of the Competent Authority, the following Senior Assistant Executive Engineers (AEEs), are hereby entrusted with the charge of Executive Engineer (In- charge) on an officiating basis until further orders: Sl no Name and Designation Present Place of Posting 1. While holding the charge of Executive Engineer (In-charge), the above officers shall exercise the powers and discharge the functions assigned to the post of Executive Engineer, including, inter alia, technical vetting, monitoring and supervision of works, and providing technical and administrative guidance on engineering matters, in accordance with rules and instructions issued from time to time. Further, in modification of memorandum dated 06.09.2023, for effective coverage across 28 States and Union Territories for ARM/ SR responsibilities, distribution of regions is revised as follows among the 10 Engineers (07 EEs + 04 Senior AEEs).: - Sl. no.
