The inter-se-merit of the candidates obtaining same marks and finding place in the select list shall be decided according to their seniority in the feeder cadre. 3. The selection/promotion of all above 29 officials is provisional. 4. All the above officials shall be promoted at their present place of posting for the time being only and their transfer/posting orders will be issued separately in due course as per the administrative requirement/feasibility. Consequent upon their joining to the promoted post they will have all India transfer liability. 5. The above officials shall be promoted subject to their vigilance clearance, etc. In case of any pending vigilance case, the official will not be relieved, and the matter will be reported to the Headquarters Office immediately. 6. All the aforementioned officials will be on probation for a period of one year from the date of their regular promotion as per provisions of Recruitment Regulations, 2007 for the post of SSO/Manager Gr. II/Supdt. 7. Their pay on promotion will be fixed as per rule in Level-7 (Rs. 44,900/- to 1,42,400/-) as per the provisions of FR 22(I) (a)(1). The promotees shall exercise their option for fixation within one month from the date of promotion as per saving clause under FR 22(I) (a)(1) and ESIC (Staff and Condition of Services) Regulations, 2023. 8. The acceptance/joining of the above officials to the post of SSO/Mgr. Gr. II/Supdt. shall be communicated by the official concerned, within 7 days, to their controlling authority. 9. All the concerned Head of the Office shall intimate the details of assumption of charge by the official assumed on promoted post to this office in due course by 09.01.2026. 10. The seniority of the aforesaid officials will be fixed as per the extant rules. 11. The officials who have already been promoted through DPC and assumed the charge of the post on promotion, their date of promotion by effecting this order will be as per the extant rules. 12. The officials who have already been promoted to the post of SSO/Mgr. Gr. II/Suptd. through DPC as well as LDCE have the option to accept the promotion from either of the mode of promotion and the option once exercised will be final. 13. Officials who are already officiating/ad-hoc basis to the post of SSO/Mgr. A-22/5/1/2025-E.I I/3410298/2025 Gr.II/Suptd. on the date of this order, will be deemed to have been promoted on regular basis from the date of this order subject to acceptance and to other conditions. 14. Promotion of the officials, except at Para. 13 above, shall take effect from the date on which they assume charge of SSO/Mgr. Gr. II/Suptd. 15. This promotion order is subject to further orders which may be passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court in light of DoPT OM No. 36012/11/2016-Estt.(Res.I) dated 15.06.2018. The above result and promotion order is subject to outcome of court/CAT case in the matter of seniority, etc. 16. While every care has been taken in preparing the above result/promotion order, the competent authority reserves the right to rectify errors/omissions, if any, at a later stage.
