Reference is invited to Headquarters letter No. D-36011/1/2021-Gen. dated 14.11.2024 on the subject “Guidelines on Engagement of Contractual Manpower in ESIC”. In this regard, the following clarification is issued with the approval of the competent authority: 1. In respect of tenders evaluated under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method, the Technical: Financial evaluation ratio shall be adopted in accordance with the provisions available on the GeM portal, i.e. 30:70 (Technical: Financial). Further, in the case of Housekeeping, Security Services and services of similar nature, the technical weightage may be kept NIL. 2. For technical weightage/technical evaluation parameters of other type of tenders, prior approval of Headquarters may be obtained. (PK Mishra) Joint Director (G) To, 1.
