Sub: Submission of complete and verified details for creation of Web VPN Access - reg.

It is hereby informed that Web VPN access is required to be created for the concerned Officers/Officials of ESIC for accessing the requisite E-Office services.

It has been observed that several ESIC Officers/Officials have submitted online requests for Web VPN access with incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent details, resulting in delays in the processing and creation of Web VPN accounts.

In this regard, the Web VPN Request Form is enclosed herewith. All Regional Offices, Sub-Regional Offices, ESIC Hospitals and Medical Colleges are requested to collect the complete details of the Officers/Officials requiring Web VPN access in the prescribed format enclosed with this circular through concerned location Nodal Officers.

Accordingly, all concerned offices are requested to ensure the following:

The complete details of all Officers/Officials requiring Web VPN access shall be collected in the prescribed format verified by the concerned Regional Office/Sub-Regional Office/ESIC Hospital/Medical College Nodal Officers.

1. The consolidated and duly filled Excel sheets shall be forwarded to eoffice-hq@esic.gov.in for onward transmission to NIC for creation of Web VPN access.
2. Incomplete, incorrect, or inconsistent forms may result in delays in the processing of Web VPN access requests.

All concerned offices are requested to ensure strict compliance and proper verification of the details before forwarding the forms to the concerned team.
