Subject: Notification of Authorised Officer under Section 47 (5) of FSS Act, 2006 and Regulation 13 (1) of FSS (Imports) Regulations, 2017-reg.

In continuation with FSSAI Notification of even no. TIC-C-501/3/2023-IMPORTS-FSSAI-Pt.1/E-9893 dated 28th August 2025 & TIC/4/2022-IMPORTS-FSSAI 30th October 2025 (copy attached) issued in this regard, the Competent Authority hereby notifies the following FSSAI official as Authorised Officer in line with the provisions contained in Section 47 (5) of FSS Act, 2006 and Regulation 13 (1) of FSS (Imports) Regulations, 2017 for clearance of imported food at the following new additional food import entry points:
