Subject: Further extension of time for filing Forms to monitor insolvency resolution processes for Personal Guarantors to Corporate Debtors under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and the regulations made thereunder.
Pursuant to Circular No. IBBI/II/92/2026 dated 6^th March 2026, the Board has mandated the filing of electronic forms PGIRP-1 to PGIRP-6 on its e-platform for monitoring insolvency resolution processes concerning personal guarantors to corporate debtors.

Subsequently, by Circular No. IBBI/II/104/2026 dated 9^th July 2026, the Board recognizing the practical difficulties faced by stakeholders and the transitional time required, extended the deadline for filing the applicable PGIRP forms till 30^th September 2026. However, the Board has received feedback from Insolvency Professionals (IPs) and Insolvency Professional Agencies (IPAs) seeking the extension on filing the forms. In view of these proposed changes, and to ensure seamless compliance, an additional extension of the filing deadline is warranted.

Considering the above, the Board has decided to further extend the timelines for filing the PGIRP forms as follows:
- a) The last date for submission of all applicable PGIRP forms is hereby further extended till 31^st December 2026.
- b) In line with this extension, penalties for delayed submission or modification of these forms shall now be levied only after 31^st December 2026.

This circular is issued in exercise of the powers conferred under clause (aa) of sub-section (1) of section 196 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
