Subject: Circular on “Opening of an account of a person resident in India” dated August 13, 2025 - Corrigendum
In the circular dated August 13, 2025, on the subject “Opening of an account of a person resident in India”, under para 1, the words, and figures, “January 14, 2015” shall be read as “January 21, 2016”.
This Circular is issued in exercise of powers of section 12 and 13 of the IFSCA Act, 2019 and this Circular shall come into force with immediate effect.
