The International Financial Services Centres Authority sets the application fee and the registration fee for all debenture trustees in the International Financial Services Centre. All debenture trustees pay an application fee of USD 500 and a registration fee of USD 2500. The trustees remit the fees in the manner stated in the circular dated September 08, 2021. The regulation applies to all debenture trustees in the International Financial Services Centre.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Sub: Fee structure for Debenture Trustees in the IFSC
The debenture trustees in the IFSC are governed by the IFSCA (Capital Market Intermediaries) Regulations, 2021.
The following fee structure shall be applicable to all Debenture Trustees in the IFSC:
For manner of payment for the above fees, refer to the circular "Account Details for fee to be remitted to IFSCA" dated September 08, 2021.
This circular is issued in exercise of powers conferred under sections 12 and 13 of the IFSCA Act, 2019 and regulation 72 of the IFSCA (Capital Market Intermediaries) Regulations, 2021.
