अंतरराष्ट्रीय वित्तीय सेवा केंद्र प्राधिकरण (कार्यपालन पुनर्विलोकन समिति) (संशोधन) विनियम, 2026

फा. सं. आईएफएससीए/जीएन/2026/004.—अंतरराष्ट्रीय वित्तीय सेवा केंद्र प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2019 की धारा 17 की उप-धारा (4) के साथ पठित धारा 28 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अंतरराष्ट्रीय वित्तीय सेवा केंद्र प्राधिकरण एतद्द्वारा अंतरराष्ट्रीय वित्तीय सेवा केंद्र प्राधिकरण (प्रदर्शन समीक्षा समिति) विनियम, 2022 (जिसे इसके बाद प्रमुख विनियम कहा जाएगा) में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, अर्थात्:-

1. (1) इन विनियमों को अंतरराष्ट्रीय वित्तीय सेवा केंद्र प्राधिकरण (कार्यपालन पुनर्विलोकन समिति) (संशोधन) विनियम, 2026 कहा जाएगा।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रभावी होंगे।

2. प्रधान विनियमों के विनियम 3 के उप-विनियम (1) के खंड (ii) में, "दो स्वतंत्र विशेषज्ञों तक" शब्दों को "संबधित क्षेत्रों से कम से कम दो स्वतंत्र विशेषज्ञ" शब्दों से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES CENTRES AUTHORITY NOTIFICATION Gandhinagar, the 5th January, 2026

International Financial Services Centres Authority (Performance Review Committee) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026

F. No. IFSCA/GN/2026/004.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 28 read with sub-section (4) of Section 17 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019, the International Financial Services Centres Authority hereby makes the following regulations, further to amend the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Performance Review Committee) Regulations, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the principal regulations), namely:-

1. (1) These regulations may be called the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Performance Review Committee) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In clause (ii) of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 3 of the principal regulations, for the words “Up to two independent experts”, the words “At least two independent experts from relevant fields” shall be substituted.
