फा. सं. आईएफएससीए/जीएन/2026/003.—अंतरराष्ट्रीय जित्तीय सेिा केंद्र प्राजधकरण अजधजनयम, 2019 की धारा 12 और 13 के साथ पठित धारा 28 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अंतरराष्ट्रीय जित्तीय सेिा केंद्र प्राजधकरण अंतरराष्ट्रीय जित्तीय सेिा केंद्र प्राजधकरण (बीमा व्यिसाय का रजिस्ट्रीकरण) जिजनयम, 2021 (जिसे इसके बाद 'प्रधान जिजनयम' कहा िाएगा) में और संिोधन करने के जलए एतद्द्वारा जनम्नजलजखत जिजनयम बनाता है, अथाात्:- 1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ: - (1) इन जिजनयमों को अंतरराष्ट्रीय जित्तीय सेिा केंद्र प्राजधकरण (बीमा व्यिसाय का रजिस्ट्रीकरण) (संिोधन) जिजनयम, 2026 कहा िाएगा। (2) ये रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रभािी होंगे। 2. प्रधान जिजनयमों की दूसरी अनुसूची के खंड (1) के उप-खंड (i) को जनम्नानुसार प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत ककया िाएगा, अथाात्:- सं. 23] नई कदल्ली, बृहस्ट् पजतिार, िनिरी 8, 2026/पौष 18, 1947

2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] 'लॉयड के आईएफएससी की सेिा कंपजनयों’ का तात्पया भारत में रजिस्ट्रीकृत और जनम्नजलजखत द्वारा प्रिर्तात सेिा कंपजनयों से हैं: (क) लॉयड के प्रबंध अजभकरण; (ख) लॉयड द्वारा यथा अनुमत्त, प्रबंध अजभकरणों या लॉयड के सदस्ट्यों की समूह एंठििीि; या (ग) भारतीय कंपजनयााँ िो इन जिजनयमों के अधीन जनर्दाष्ट मानदंडों को पूरा करती हैं।” प्रिीण जत्रिेदी, कायाकारी जनदेिक [जिज्ञापन-III/4/असा./599/2025-26]

नोि: अंतरराष्ट्रीय जित्तीय सेिा केंद्र प्राजधकरण (बीमा व्यिसाय का रजिस्ट्रीकरण) जिजनयम, 2021 भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, में अजधसूचना संख्या आईएफएससीए/2021-22/िीएन/आरईिी016 के माध्यम से कदनांक 20 अक्िूबर, 2021 को प्रकाजित ककए गए थे। इसके अजतठरि, इन जिजनयमों में संिोधन भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, में कदनांक 05 िनिरी 2022 की अजधसूचना संख्या आईएफएससीए/2021-22/िीएन/आरईिी019 और कदनांक 17 अक्िूबर 2024 की अजधसूचना संख्या आईएफएससीए/िीएन/2024/010 के माध्यम से प्रकाजित ककए गए थे।

INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES CENTRES AUTHORITY NOTIFICATION Gandhinagar, the 5th January, 2026 International Financial Services Centres Authority (Registration of Insurance Business) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026

F. No. IFSCA/GN/2026/003.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 28 read with Section 12 and 13 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019, the International Financial Services Centres Authority hereby makes the following regulations, further to amend the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Registration of Insurance Business) Regulations, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘principal regulations’), namely :-

1. Short title and commencement: - (1) These Regulations may be called the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Registration of Insurance Business) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Sub-clause (i) of clause (1) of the Second Schedule of the principal regulations shall be substituted as under, namely:- ‘Service Companies of Lloyd’s IFSC’ means Service Companies registered in India and promoted by: (a) Managing Agents of Lloyd’s; (b) Such group entities of Managing Agents or Members of Lloyd’s, as may be permitted by Lloyd’s; or (c) Indian Companies which meet the criteria specified under these regulations.” PRAVEEN TRIVEDI, Executive Director [ADVT.-III/4/Exty./599/2025-26] Note: The International Financial Services Centres Authority (Registration of Insurance Business) Regulations, 2021 were published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary vide notification No. IFSCA/2021-22/GN/REG016 on 20th October, 2021. Further, amendments to these regulations were published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary vide notifications No. IFSCA/2021-22/GN/REG019 on 05th January 2022 and No. IFSCA/GN/2024/010 on 17th October 2024.
