विषय: `सामूहिक संहार के आयुध और उनकी परिदान प्रणाली (विधिविरुद्ध क्रियाकलापों का प्रतिषेध) अधिनियम, 2005’ (डब्ल्यूएमडी अधिनियम) की धारा 12क के कार्यान्वयन के लिए प्रक्रिया संबंधी परिपत्र दिनांक 19 अप्रैल, 2023 का संशोधन Re: Amendment to Circular dated 19th April, 2023 on Procedure for Implementation of Section 12A of ‘The Weapons of Mass Destruction and their Delivery Systems (Prohibition of Unlawful Activities) Act, 2005 (WMD Act)
आईआरडीएआई ने उपर्युक्त विषय पर परिपत्र संदर्भ: आईआरडीएआई/आईआईडी/सीआईआर/विविध/86/4/2023 दिनांक 19 अप्रैल, 2023 जारी किया था जिसमें उक्त डब्ल्यूएमडी अधिनियम की धारा 12क के कार्यान्वयन के लिए प्रक्रिया विनिर्दिष्ट करते हुए राजस्व विभाग का आदेश दिनांक 30 जनवरी, 2023 अनुबंध I के रूप में दिया गया था।
IRDAI issued circular ref. IRDAI/IID/CIR/MISC/86/4/2023 dated 19th April 2023 on the captioned subject wherein Order dated 30th January 2023 of Department of Revenue specifying the procedure for implementation of Section 12A of The WMD Act was provided as Annexure I.
Department of Revenue (DoR) has issued revised order ref. F. No-12011/14/2022-ES Cell-DoR dated 1st September, 2023 in supersession of order dated 30th January, 2023.
i. उक्त परिपत्र का खंड 2 निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया गया है: Clause 2 of the circular stands substituted as under:
डब्ल्यूएमडी अधिनियम की धारा 12क के उपबंधों के शीघ्र और प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए, राजस्व विभाग ने आदेश एफ. सं. पी- 12011/14/2022- ईएस कक्ष - डीओआर दिनांक 1 सितंबर, 2023 के अनुसार तदंतर्गत संदर्भित उपबंधों के कार्यान्वयन के लिए प्रक्रिया विनिर्दिष्ट की है।
In order to ensure expeditious and effective implementation of the provisions of section 12A of the WMD Act, the Department of Revenue specified the procedure for implementation of the within referred provisions vide Order F. No. P- 12011/14/2022-ES Cell-DoR dated 1st September, 2023.
ii. उक्त परिपत्र का खंड 3 निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया गया है: Clause 3 of the circular stands substituted as under:
उक्त आदेश की प्रति अनुबंध I के रूप में संलग्न है। The copy of the Order is enclosed as Annexure I.
