विषय: अनापत्ति प्रमाणपत्र (एनओसी), पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र (आरओसी) की अपेक्षा करनेवाले आवेदकों के लिए अथवा अन्य संबंधित सूचना के लिए पत्र-व्यवहार के एकल स्थान(नों) के रूप में समर्पित ई-मेल आईडी
Sub: Dedicated email IDs as single Point(s) of correspondence for the applicants seeking No Objection Certificate (NOC), Certificate of Registration (CoR) OR for other related communication

1. भारतीय बीमा विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण (आईआरडीएआई) ने पूर्व में बीमा विपणन फर्मों (आईएमएफ) के आनलाइन पंजीकरण को सुसाध्य बनाने के लिए एक आनलाइन पोर्टल imf.irdai.gov.in प्रारंभ किया है। इसी प्रकार, बीमा मध्यवर्तियों के बीमा स्वयं-नेटवर्किंग प्लेटफार्मों (आईएसएनपी) के पंजीकरण के लिए एक पोर्टल अर्थात् isnp.irdai.gov.in भी आवेदकों की सुविधा के लिए प्रारंभ किया गया है।
   The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) has earlier launched an online portal, imf.irdai.gov.in to facilitate the online registration of Insurance Marketing Firms (IMFs). Similarly, a portal for the registration of Insurance Self Networking Platforms (ISNPs) of insurance intermediaries i.e. isnp.irdai.gov.in was also launched for ease of the applicants.

2. वर्तमान में, इन दोनों पोर्टलों को अद्यतन बनाने और अधिक आवेदक-हितैषी बनाने के लिए इनका संपूर्ण नवीनीकरण करने का प्रस्ताव किया जा रहा है। यह भी पाया गया है कि आईएमएफ, वेब संग्राहकों और आईएसएनपी के पंजीकरण के लिए आवेदन इस उद्देश्य के लिए समर्पित ई-मेल आईडी को छोड़कर अन्य ई-मेल आईडीयों पर प्राप्त किये जा रहे हैं। अतः एनओसी की अपेक्षा करनेवाले आवेदकों अथवा सीओआर के लिए आवेदन करनेवाले आवेदकों को सूचित किया जाता है कि वे अपने आवेदन अथवा संबंधित अनुरोध तब तक केवल नीचे उल्लिखित समर्पित ई-मेल पतों पर ही भेजें जब तक उक्त पोर्टलों का नवीनीकरण नहीं किया जाता।

Currently, both these portals are being proposed for a thorough revamp to make them updated and more applicant friendly. It has also been observed that applications for registration of IMFs, Web Aggregators and ISNPs are being received on various email ids other than the ones dedicated for the purpose. Hence, the applicants seeking NOC or applying for CoR are advised to send their applications or related requests only to the dedicated email addresses mentioned below till the portals are revamped:
