Reference is invited to IRDAI Circular ref IRDA/HLT/GDL/CIR/114/07/2018 dated 2J1h July, 2018 on the captioned subject. 2. In partial modification of the captioned guidelines, taking into consideration the status of the compliance by network providers, the timelines for complying with the standards and benchmarks specified at Clause (a) (i) and (ii) of the within referred Circular dated 2J1h July, 2018 stands extended for a further period of twelve months for all the existing network providers. 3. The norms specified in the within referred circular dated 2J1h July, 2018 shall continue to be applicable for all the new entrants and there is no change in other norms specified therein. 4. This Circular is issued in terms of Regulation 31 (e) of the IRDAI (Health Insurance) Regulations 2016. 5. This Circular shall be applicable with immediate effect. 6.
