Insurers must provide a customer option form and a customer information sheet at the point of sale. Customers must complete the option form for all new policies. Existing policyholders may add optional covers during the policy term upon payment of additional premium. Insurers must integrate this structure with the Bima Sugam platform. All policies issued on or after the effective date must follow the uniform policy wordings and structure defined by the Authority.
