DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF INDIA व्युेव कुटुम्बकम्‌ ONE EARTH + ONE FAMILY + ONE FUTURE परिपत्र संआईआरडीएआई/एफ&आई/सीआईआर/ईओएम/84/4/2023... दिनांकः 05 अप्रैल 2023 Cir No. IRDAI/F&I/CIR/EOM/84/4/2023 Date:05t April 2023. परिपत्र CIRCULAR विषयः आईआरडीएआई (जीवन बीमा व्यवसाय करनेवाले बीमाकर्ताओं के प्रबंधन व्यय) विनियम, 2023 - स्पष्टीकरण। Reg.:IRDAI (Expenses of Management of insurers transacting Life Insurance business) Regulations 2023 - Clarifications. 1... उपर्युक्त विनियमों के विनियम 19 के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित स्पष्टीकरण जारी किया जाता हैः The following clarification is issued under Regulation 19 of the said Regulations: विनियम 10 की अनुसूची-1 के भाग क की क्रम सं. 101) (क) SI.No.1(ii)(a) of Part A of Schedule | of Regulation 10 ) पाठ “प्रथम वर्ष नियमित प्रीमियम" को “10 वर्ष और उससे अधिक प्रीमियय 4ैयतान अवधि से युक्त पालिसियों के संबं४ में' के रूप में पढ़ा जाएगा। i) The text “First year Regular Premium” shall be read as “/n respect of policies with premium payment term 10 years and above”. विनियम 10 की अनुसूची-1 के भाग क की क्रम सं. 110) SI.No.11(i) of Part A of Schedule — | of Requlation 10 ii) विनियम के भाग-॥ के 4(10) पर उल्लिखित प्रबंधन के अनुमतियोग्य व्ययों का % (एक प्रतिशत का पचासवाँ भाग) प्रचलित है। इस प्रकार, 0.05 को 0.02 के रूप में पढ़ा जाएगा। ii) The % (one-fiftieth of one percent) of allowable expenses of management mentioned at 4(10) of Part — II of the regulation prevails.
