विषय : पॉलिसीधारकों की सर्विसिंग- चालू वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के लिए विशेष उपाय Sub: Servicing to the policyholders – Special Measure for the current Financial Year 2024-25

1. पालिसीधारकों के लिए किसी भी कठिनाई को दूर करने के लिए बीमाकर्ताओं को सूचित किया जाता है कि वे अपनी कार्यालय 29, 30 और 31 मार्च 2025 को सामान्य कार्य-समय के अनुसार खुली रखें।

2. बीमाकर्ता उपर्युक्त को ध्यान में रखें तथा उपर्युक्तनुसार की गई विशेष व्यवस्था का पर्याप्त प्रचार करें।

3. In order to avoid any hardship to the policyholders, the insurers are hereby advised to keep their offices open as per normal working hours on 29th, 30th and 31st March, 2025.

4. The insurers may take note of the above and give adequate publicity to the special arrangement made as above.

इसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के अनुमोदन से जारी किया जाता है। This is issued with the approval of the Competent Authority.
