1. बीमा अधिनियम, 1938 की धारा 32डी विनिर्दिष्ट करती है कि साधारण बीमा व्यवसाय करनेवाला प्रत्येक बीमाकर्ता बीमा विधि (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2015 के लागू होने के बाद उक्त विनियमों के द्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट रूप में मोटर वाहनों के अन्य पक्ष जोखिमों में बीमा व्यवसाय के न्यूनतम प्रतिशत का जोखिम-अंकन करेगा।
   Section 32D of Insurance Act, 1938 specifies that every insurer carrying on general insurance business shall, after the commencement of the Insurance Laws (Amendment) Act, 2015, underwrite such minimum percentage of insurance business in third party risks of motor vehicles as may be specified by the regulations.

2. तदनुसार, प्रत्येक वित्तीय वर्ष के लिए मोटर अन्य पक्ष बीमा व्यवसाय के संबंध में बीमाकर्ता के दायित्व भी आईआरडीएआई (मोटर अन्य पक्ष बीमा व्यवसाय के संबंध में बीमाकर्ता का दायित्व) विनियम, 2015 में विनिर्दिष्ट किये गये हैं।
   Accordingly, the obligations of an Insurer in respect of Motor Third Party Insurance Business for every Financial Year are also specified in IRDAI (Obligation of Insurer in Respect of Motor Third Party Insurance Business) Regulations, 2015.

3. जहाँ बीमाकर्ता जोखिम सहभाजन कार्यक्रम के भाग के रूप में सह-बीमा व्यवस्था करते हैं, वहाँ यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि आवक सह-बीमा पर ऊपर संदर्भित विनियमों के अनुपालन की गणना के प्रयोजन के लिए विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
   Where insurers undertake Co-insurance arrangement as part of risk sharing program, it is clarified that the inward co-insurance shall not be considered for the purpose of reckoning the compliance to the above referred regulations.

4. इसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी का अनुमोदन प्राप्त है।
   This has the approval of the competent authority.
