The PMC shall be responsible for the final approval of the products. सर्वे सं. 115/1, फाइनंशियल शिस्ट्रिक्ट, नानकरामगुिा, हैदराबाद - 500032 Survey No. 115/1, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad 500 032 दूरभाष Phone: 040-20204000; www.irdai.gov.in 2. पीएमसी यह सुशनशिि करने के शलए उत्तरदायी ह गी शक यूएण्डएफ प्रशिया के अंिगाि अपेशक्षि दस्तार्वेज ं का पूरा सेट संपूणा ह , शिशजटल िौर पर हस्ताक्षररि ह िथा र्विामान प्रय ज्य शर्वशधक और शर्वशनयामक ढाँचे का अनुपालन करे एर्वं पीएमसी द्वारा अनुरशक्षि शकया जाए। The PMC shall be responsible to ensure that the entire set of documents required under U&F Procedure is complete, correct, digitally signed and are in compliance with the extant applicable legal and regulatory framework, and maintained by the PMC. 3. आईआरिीएआई शनम्नशलस्ट्खि प्रशिया के अनुसार जाँच के शलए सभी जीर्वन बीमाकिााओं, साधारण बीमाकिााओं और स्वास्थ्य बीमाकिााओं में से माशसक आधार पर अशभशनधााररि कुछ उत्पाद ं के संबंध में दस्तार्वेज ं की माँग कर सकिा हैैः IRDAI may call for documents in respect of a few products identified on monthly basis from amongst all the life insurers, general insurers and health insurers for examination as per the following procedure: i. उि अशभशनधाारण शर्वशभन्न कारक ं पर आधाररि ह सकिा है, जैसे शपछले शर्वत्तीय र्वषा के दौरान प्रारंभ शकये गये उत्पाद ं की संख्या, प्रारंभ शकये गये उत्पाद ं के संबंध में प्राप्त शिकायिें/अपशर्विय (शमस-सेशलंग)/ शर्विरण माध्यम, शर्वशिष्ट उत्पाद ं के आिामक शर्विय से संबंशधि समाचार आलेख, प्रारंभ शकये गये उत्पाद ं के शर्विय के पररमाण, अत्यशधक पाशलसी शनरसन अथर्वा शनैःिुल्क अर्वल कन (फ्री लुक) शनरसन, अथर्वा उत्पाद ं / अपेक्षा (सशलशसटेिन) से संबंशधि क ई अन्य शर्वषय। The identification could depend on various factors like number of products launched during the previous financial year, complaints received on the products launched/mis-selling/distribution channel, news articles of aggressive selling of specific products, sales volumes of the products launched, rampant policy cancellations or free look cancellations, or any other matter concerning products/solicitation. ii. जब भी माँग की जािी है िब बीमाकिाा आईआरिीएआई क दस्तार्वेज ं का पूरा सेट द शदन की अर्वशध के अंदर प्रस्तुि करेगा। Insurer shall submit the entire set of documents to IRDAI, whenever called for, within a period of two days. 4. आईआरिीएआई यू&एफ दस्तार्वेज ं की स्थान पर (आनसाइट) जाँच संचाशलि कर सकिा है। IRDAI may conduct onsite examination of U&F documents. 5. बीमाकिाा अनुबंध-क में शर्वशनशदाष्ट रूप में मानक फामेट में सीईओ द्वारा हस्ताक्षररि प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुि करेगा। Insurer shall submit the certificate signed by the CEO in the standard format as specified in Annexure-A. 6. बीमाकिाा उत्पाद के प्रारंभ की िारीख से प्रथम चार शिमाशहय ं के शलए, प्रारंभ शकये गये उत्पाद ं के संबंध में अनुबंध-ख के अनुसार शिमाही ररप टा प्रस्तुि करेगा। The insurer shall submit quarterly report as per Annexure-B, with respect to the products launched for the first four quarters from the date of launch of the product. सर्वे सं. 115/1, फाइनंशियल शिस्ट्रिक्ट, नानकरामगुिा, हैदराबाद - 500032 Survey No. 115/1, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad 500 032 दूरभाष Phone: 040-20204000; www.irdai.gov.in 7. बीमाकिाा उत्पाद प्रारंभ करने से पहले अथर्वा यूआईएन के आबंटन से साि शदन के अंदर, ज भी पहले ह , यूआईएन के कालिमानुसार अपनी र्वेबसाइट में पाशलसी र्वाक्यरचना/दस्तार्वेज, शर्विय साशहत्य, प्रीशमयम पररकलक (कैलकुलेटर) अपल ि करेंगे। Insurers shall upload the policy wordings/documents, sales literature, premium calculator, in their website in the chronological order of UINs, before the product is launched or within seven days of allotment of UIN, whichever is earlier. 8. बीमाकिाा सुशनशिि करेंगे शक उत्पाद क प्रारंभ करने और बीमा पाशलशसय ं का रखरखार्व करने के शलए अपेक्षि प्रणाशलयाँ, मैनुअल और समस्त आर्वश्यक बुशनयादी व्यर्वस्था शर्वद्यमान ह ं। Insurers shall ensure that the systems, procedures, manuals and all essential infrastructure required for launching the product and maintenance of insurance policies are put in place. 9. इस पररपत्र में उस्ट्िस्ट्खि उत्पाद ं से आिय आधारभूि उत्पाद ं एर्वं आधारभूि उत्पाद के साथ संबद्ध राइिर ं / ऐि-आन ं से है। The products referred to in this circular mean base products as well as riders/add-ons attached to the base product. 10. ऊपर संदशभाि पररपत्र ं के उपबंध इस पररपत्र के अंिगाि शर्वशनशदाष्ट सीमा क छ ड़कर अन्य सीमाओं िक शर्वशधमान्य रहेंगे। The provisions of the above referred circulars shall remain valid except to the extent specified under this circular. 11. यह पररपत्र 1 अप्रैल 2023 से प्रर्वृत्त ह िा है। The circular comes into force with effect from 1st April 2023. हस्ता./Sd/- (एस पी चििर्ती/ S P Chakraborty) मुख्य महाप्रबंधक (बीमांवकक) / Chief General Manager (Actuarial) सर्वे सं. 115/1, फाइनंशियल शिस्ट्रिक्ट, नानकरामगुिा, हैदराबाद - 500032 Survey No. 115/1, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad 500 032 दूरभाष Phone: 040-20204000; www.irdai.gov.in अनुबंध-क/ Annexure-A िम सं.
