का.आ. 2134(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम विकास अधिनियम, 2006 (2006 का 27) की धारा 8 की उप-धाराओं (2) और (3) के साथ पठित धारा 7 की उप-धारा (1) और (9) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाशित, भारत सरकार के सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2119(अ), तारीख 26 जून, 2020, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा (7) में, उप-पैरा (3) में, "31 मार्च, 2022" अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर, "30 जून, 2022" अंक और शब्द, रखे जाएंगे।

टिप्पण : मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग- II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में संख्या का.आ. 2119(अ), तारीख 26 जून, 2020 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और संख्या का.आ.1055(अ) तारीख 5 मार्च, 2021, का.आ. 2347(अ) तारीख 16 जून, 2021 और का.आ. 278(अ) तारीख 19 जनवरी, 2022 द्वारा पश्चातवर्ती संशोधन किए गए।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th May, 2022
S.O. 2134(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (9) of section 7 read with sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 8 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises number S.O. 2119 (E), dated the 26th June, 2020, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii), namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph 7, in sub-paragraph (3), for the figures and the words, “31st day of March, 2022” the figures and words “ 30th day of June, 2022” shall be substituted.
