Subject: Writ Petition filed by M/s GTIL infotel Pvt. Ltd., Noida Vs Union of India through Ministry of MSME (Respondent No. 2) and others- Reg.
It has been brought to the notice of this office by Shri Ravinder Agarwal, Central Government Standing Counsel, Hon'ble Delhi High Court that a Writ Petition No, 2613/2014 filed by M/s GTIL Infotel Pvt. Ltd., Noida Versus (1) Ministry of Petroleum and Natural gas (2) Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises and (3) Indian Oil Corporation in Hon'ble High Court of Delhi regarding grievances on the pre-qualification criteria incorporated in the tenders has been disposed off on 7th May, 2014. This is with the direction of the Hon'ble High Court that the Writ Petition be treated as a representation and the Grievance Cell (under the Ministry of MSME) shall decide the representation within four weeks. The copy of the Hon'ble Delhi High Court order/copy of said writ petition has not been received in this office in this case.
It is requested that M/s GTIL Infotel Pvt. Ltd., Noida and a suitable authorized representative of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., New Delhi may appear before the undersigned being Director, Grievances Cell constituted under Public Procurement Policy for MSE, on 27th May, 2014 at 11.30 AM, in the Room No. 713, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi for the disposal of the matter. It is also requested to bring all the documents related to this case particularly the certified copy of the order of the Hon'ble Court and writ petition.
