NSE Clearing Limited has revised the cut-off timings for collateral release requests under the Securities Lending & Borrowing Scheme (SLBS). The new cut-off time for intraday cash and FDR release, as well as end-of-day (EOD) securities release, is now 8:00 PM. The EOD cut-off time for cash and FDR release remains unchanged at 8:00 PM. These modifications apply to all participants and custodians and take effect from July 30, 2026, partially modifying the previous circular dated July 21, 2026.

This is in partial modification to circular ref. no. 076/2026 (Download Ref No: NCL/CMPT/75322 dated July 21, 2026) regarding timings for collateral addition and release.
The revised cut-off time for placing the release request with NCL shall be as follows:
