Sub: Discontinuation of weekly trading in Securities
This is in continuation to the Exchange Circular Ref. 0045/2026 (Download Ref. No. NSE/CML/72257) dated January 12, 2026, regarding suspension of trading in securities for non-compliance with Regulation 31 (i.e., Submission of Shareholding pattern) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) for two consecutive quarters i.e., June 30, 2025 and September 30, 2025.
As per, SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 (“Master Circular”) issued on July 11, 2023 and last updated on January 30, 2026 (Erstwhile SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024) (“Master Circular”), the time period of mandated six months of trading on first trading day of every week shall be completed on September 02, 2026, hence the trading in the securities of the below mentioned companies on ‘Trade for Trade’ basis (Series “BZ”) on the first trading day of every week will be discontinued w.e.f. September 01, 2026 (i.e., closing hour of trading on August 31, 2026).
