Extension of New Fund Offer Period of Navi Nifty REITs and Realty Index Fund

Investors are requested to note that the New Fund Offer (NFO) period of Navi Nifty REITs and Realty Index Fund, An open-ended scheme replicating / tracking Nifty REITs & Realty Index (‘the Scheme’) which commenced from September 01, 2026 and scheduled to close on September 10, 2026, has been extended by 1 day and the revised NFO closing date will be September 11, 2026, and the revised scheme-reopen shall be September 18, 2026.

The above-mentioned change shall override the conflicting provisions, if any and shall form an integral part of the SID and KIM of the scheme(s) of the Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other provisions of the SID and KIM of the scheme(s) of the Fund, except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.

Members are requested to take note that, with reference to Notice No. NSE/NMFTM/76053, the allotment date and NFO close date for Navi Nifty REITs and Realty Index Fund NFO have been revised, as per the communication received from Navi Mutual Fund, as mentioned below.

Members are requested to ensure that the clear funds through any payment mode are received in the designated Clearing Corporation account on or before September 12, 2026 03:00 pm.
