Subject: Outcome of the meeting of Right issue Committee (''Committee') of the Company for further Extension of Date of On-Market renunciation and Issue Closing date of Rights Issue and resultant change in indicative timetable of post issue activities

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

This is to update that the date of closure of the Rights Issue, which opened on Monday, August 31, 2026 and was scheduled to be close on Friday, September 25, 2026, has now been extended from Friday, September 25, 2026 to Tuesday, September 29, 2026, by Rights Issue Committee in its Meeting held today i.e., Thursday, September 17, 2026 in order to provide an opportunity to shareholders to exercise their rights in the Rights Issue.

Accordingly, the last date of submission of the duly filled in CAF (along with the amount payable on application) is Tuesday, September 29, 2026. Equity Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to apply for the Rights Issue are requested to take note of the Closure Date as Tuesday, September 29, 2026.

Accordingly, there is no change in the LOF and CAF dated August 18, 2026 except for change in date for Market Renunciation of Right Entitlements and Issue Closing Date and resultant change in indicative timetable of post issue activities on account of change in date for Market Renunciation of Right Entitlements and Issue Closing Date.

REVISED ISSUE SCHEDULE:

The committee commenced at 01:30 P.M. and concluded at 02:00 P.M.
