Introduction of NSE Extranet Beta service - Update
This is in continuation to Exchange Circular Reference No. NSE/MSD/73589, dated April 02, 2026, regarding the Introduction of NSE Extranet Beta Service. As part of the Exchange’s ongoing efforts to enhance the user experience of trading members across its services and facilities, the Exchange has introduced the following new features on the NSE Extranet Beta platform.
1. New Features provided for File Download: a. Date Range Option: A date range selection facility has been provided. b. File Selection & Download Facility: Members may choose to download individual files (one or more) or all displayed files in a single action. c. Search Option: Members can use the search option to find any specific file in the folder.
2. NSEIL Dashborad Facility on NSE Extranet Beta: The Exchange currently provides an “NSEIL Dashboard” on the Member Portal where members use this facility to track the status of various trade-related reports—downloaded via the Extranet—across different segments. This dashboard is now also made available on NSE Extranet Beta, with the following enhanced features: a. Members will have uninterrupted access to view file status and availability and can directly download either a single or multiple reports from the NSEIL Dashboard. These reports will be available in parallel on both the existing Extranet and the new NSE Extranet Beta application, with the report download paths remaining unchanged. Reports will be published on the new platform after five minutes of their release on the existing Extranet. b. Members can filter files on NSEIL Dashboard either by segment and/or file availability status (i.e Completed or Scheduled). c. Facility to download report having the file availability status on NSEIL Dashboard.

Introduction:
NSE Extranet Beta is a facility for exchange of file-based information between the Trading Members and the Exchange. This document explains the functionality available in NSE Extranet Beta and serves as guideline to users for using the application.

Software requirements:
NSE Extranet Beta can be accessed through the integrated member portal which is best viewed with Internet Explorer 11.0 & above and Google Chrome (preferred)
Login Module:
NSE Extranet Beta Service on Member Portal can be accessed through the below links: https://inspection.nseindia.com/MemberPortal/
Users are authenticated on connecting to the Member Portal application. The authentication is on the basis of unique User id, Member code, Password, captcha validation, and OTP validation.
For accessing NSE Extranet Beta on Member portal a user needs to have the following:
- Member Admin user must assign role for any new / existing subuser under him in order to provide access to NSE Extranet Beta Service. Please refer the attached member portal user manual to get help on assigning the user the require role.

- In order to access different menu options provided under NSE Extranet Beta, member has to select the below options while assigning the role to the sub user:

Once the sub user has access to NSE Extranet Beta, Member can see the NSE Extranet Beta page as shown below when clicked on “NSE Extranet Beta”:

➢ On clicking the option “NSE Extranet Beta” as shown above, the below screen will open:

➢ Once you have clicked the option Download List, the screen below will open:

➢ Select segment from dropdown. ➢ Select the service below which you want to access. o EXTRANET-common - to view and download segment wise common files. o EXTRANET _dnld - - to view and download segment wise member specific files.

➢ If the member clicks on Extranet -common and clicks on submit button, the below page will open:

Member can navigate further for accessing the sub folders / files with date filter and multiple file download options as shown below:
- Select date (range should not exceed 5 days)
- Member can select the single/multiple files and click on “Download Files” button to download the file..

To access member specific files sent by Exchange click on the below two options: ➢ Segment ➢ EXTRANET_dnld ➢ Member can navigate further for accessing the sub folders / files as shown below:

Select the single/multiple files and click on download to download the file.

Click Select All and click download option to download all the file. Members can use the search button to find any specific file in the folder.

NSEIL Dashboard:
The Exchange currently provides an “NSEIL Dashboard” on the Member Portal where members use this facility to track the status of various trade-related reports—downloaded via the Extranet—across different segments. This dashboard is now also made available on NSE Extranet Beta.
The below are the steps which can be followed to access the NSEIL Dashboard on Extranet Beta:
