The National Stock Exchange updates the list of securities subject to encumbrance measures under SEBI (SAST) Regulation 2011. Securities in Annexure I attract a minimum 75 percent margin in the Equity and Equity Derivatives segments. This requirement applies to all open positions as of November 3, 2026, and all new positions created from November 4, 2026. Securities in Annexure II exit the framework effective November 2, 2026. This measure operates alongside other existing exchange surveillance actions and undergoes periodic review. The inclusion of a security in this framework does not represent an adverse action against the company.
