NSE Clearing Limited is implementing OTP-based Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all admin and sub-user logins within the NCMS-CM system to enhance security. Members must register a valid mobile number and email address upon their first login to receive OTPs. Additionally, a new software version, 4.2.3, will be released for the NCMS-CM application. Members are required to download and install this updated version to ensure continued access. The 2FA requirement and the new software version become effective on July 25, 2026.

THE USER MANUAL OF OTP BASED 2FA

Member will have to insert login Credentials on NCMS-CM log in page

After password validation, for the first time login registration window will pop up. Member needs to register valid mobile number and valid email Id-

After successful registration, OTP will be sent on registered mobile number and email Id.

OTP window will pop up as below -

After entering valid OTP, log in will be successful.

In case of invalid OTP entered, error will be displayed and OTP can be regenerated after 30 seconds-

In case of 4 invalid OTP entered, user ID will be disabled and member needs to connect with NSE Clearing Ltd.

In order to enhance the security measures, NSE Clearing Ltd shall be implementing OTP based Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for user login in NCMS- CM (Admin user as well as Sub users).
Two Factor Authentication (2FA) shall be implemented wef 25-Jul-2026 for user login on NCMS-CM. The user manual of OTP based 2FA is provided in Annexure 1.
Members are requested to note that a new EXE version of 4.2.3 will be made available with effect from 25-Jul-2026
