NSE Clearing Limited implements OTP-based Two-Factor Authentication for all NCMS-CO users. This security measure applies to both admin and sub-users. Members must upgrade to the new EXE version 4.2.5 to access the system. The new version becomes available on September 12, 2026. The Two-Factor Authentication requirement starts on September 15, 2026. Users must register a valid mobile number and email address during their first login. The system sends an OTP to these registered contacts for authentication. The system disables the user ID after four invalid OTP attempts. Users must contact NSE Clearing Limited if the system disables their ID.

Member will have to insert login Credentials on NCMS-CO log in page

After password validation, for the first time login registration window will pop up. Member needs to register valid mobile number and valid email Id-

Sub: NCMS - OTP based Two Factor Authentication and upgradation of NCMS version
In order to enhance the security measures, NSE Clearing Ltd shall be implementing OTP based Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for user login in NCMS- CO (Admin user as well as Sub users).
Members are requested to note that a new EXE version of 4.2.5 will be made available with effect from 12-Sep-2026.
Two Factor Authentication (2FA) shall be implemented w.e.f. 15-Sep-2026 for user login on NCMS-CO. The user manual of OTP based 2FA is provided in Annexure 1.
