Sub: Reminder for submission of Action Taken Report for non-compliance(s) reported in the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 31, 2026

This is with reference to Exchange Circular No. NSE/INSP/74566 dated June 5, 2026, regarding submission of Action Taken Report for non-compliance(s) reported in the Internal Audit for the half year ended March 31, 2026.

In this regard, members are reminded to close the non- compliance(s) and provide status of compliance(s) for the non- compliance(s) reported in the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 31, 2026 on or before July 31, 2026, through the Inspection module in the Member Portal in the prescribed format. Please note that in case the observations are not closed in the Action Taken Report or Action Taken Report has not been submitted within the due date, prescribed monetary penalty/disciplinary actions shall be initiated in accordance with Exchange Circular No. NSE/INSP/73792 dated April 17, 2026 or such other penalty circulars issued by the Exchange from time to time.

Members are advised to take note of the above and comply.
