Additionally, members who have classified themselves as 'Exempted from CSCRF' must provide a formal declaration via the member portal. Trading members are advised to review previous circulars regarding potential actions for non-compliance with periodic submission requirements.

Sub: Reminder for Submission of VAPT report for FY 2025-26.
This is with reference to Exchange circular reference no. NSE/INSP/74185 dated May 14, 2026, and reminder circular no. NSE/INSP/74775 dated June 18, 2026, on ‘Submission of VAPT Report for the FY 2025-26’. The due date of submission of VAPT report applicable to Self-certification REs, Small-size REs, Mid-size REs, and Qualified REs (not categorized as QSBs) is mentioned below:

Trading members are requested to take note of Annexure 1.2 of Exchange Circular No. NSE/INSP/73792 dated April 17, 2026, regarding actions for non-compliances observed in periodic submissions made by Trading Members/REs related to submission of VAPT Report.
Further, trading members who have classified themselves as ‘Exempted from CSCRF’ (as per criteria/thresholds given in SEBI circular dated April 30, 2025) shall be required to provide a declaration on the member portal. The path for submission of the declaration is provided below:
Inspection ➔ VAPT ➔ Display VAPT Auditor Registration ➔ Click on “New Auditor” ➔ Under ‘Member Category’ select Exempted ➔ (Member will be routed to a separate page) Submit the declaration
