Subject:Restriction in trading of securities in Trade for Trade category of SPEL Semiconductor Limited
SPEL Semiconductor Limited (Symbol-SPELS), (“the Company”) is under Permitted to Trade category at NSE. Accordingly, based on the communication received from other Exchange i.e. BSE and in order to ensure the uniformity of the action at both the Exchange(s), the trading in the securities of the Company will be suspended in normal segment i.e., EQ Series w.e.f. September 10, 2026.
Members of the Exchange are hereby further informed that w.e.f. September 15, 2026 the trading in the securities of the Company would be allowed to trade only on the first trading day of every week in trade for trade category.
This circular shall be effective from September 10, 2026.
