Notice cum addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of Baroda BNP Paribas Aqua Fund of Fund (the Scheme)

Resumption of subscription of units of Baroda BNP Paribas Aqua Fund of Fund

NOTICE IS HEREBY given in furtherance to Notice-cum-Addendum no. 73/2026 dated August 18, 2026 which was issued in relation to temporary suspension of fresh subscriptions in Baroda BNP Paribas Aqua Fund of Fund (the "Scheme"), in order to avoid any breach of limits for overseas investment.

Investors are hereby informed that Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management India Private Limited ("AMC") has decided to resume acceptance of fresh subscriptions in the aforesaid Scheme.

Accordingly, with effect from September 1, 2026, the Scheme shall accept subscriptions by way of lumpsum purchases, additional purchases, switch-ins, fresh registrations of Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs) and Systematic Transfer Plans (STPs), and all other eligible transactions, subject to the terms, conditions and minimum application amounts specified in the SID of the Scheme.

The AMC at its discretion reserves the right to suspend the subscription as and when it is close to the headroom limits and a separate notice in this regard shall be issued to the Investors.

All other terms and conditions of the SID and KIM of the Scheme remain unchanged.

This Notice-cum-Addendum shall form an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Scheme and shall be read in conjunction with the SAI of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund.

Members are requested to take note, with references to Notice no - NSE/NMFTM/75820 as per the communication received from Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund, we shall resumed the subscription through lumpsum purchases, additional purchase /switch-in and fresh systematic registration through Systematic Investment Plans (SIP) and Systematic Transfer Plans (STP) under Baroda BNP Paribas Aqua Fund of Fund with immediate effect on NSE MF Invest Platform.
