Notice-cum-Addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) / Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of HDFC Gold Silver Passive FOF
Preponement of closure of New Fund Offer (NFO) Period
The closing date of NFO of HDFC Gold Silver Passive FOF (“the Scheme”) has been preponed from September 07, 2026 to August 27, 2026.
Accordingly, the NFO of the Scheme will now close for subscription on August 27, 2026. Investors may submit the switch requests in the NFO on or before 3.00 P.M. on August 27, 2026.
All other terms of the issue remain unchanged.
This addendum shall form an integral part of the SID / KIM of the Scheme as amended from time to time.
