Subject: Securities of compulsory delisted companies made available on Dissemination Board of NSE
This is in continuation to our circular no. NSE/CML/76076 dated August 31, 2026, notifying about delisting (withdraw the admission to dealings in) the equity shares of the following company in terms of Regulation 32(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulation 2021, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Rule 21 of Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 and Bye-Laws and Regulations of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (Exchange or NSE).
Kindly note that the below mentioned Company will be moved to the Dissemination Board (DB) of the Exchange with effect from October 14, 2026, and shall be made available for buying and selling on the DB of the Exchange as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) letter ref. no. CFD/DCR/OW/2016/16113 dated June 06, 2016:
