Sub: Submission of Accessibility Audit Report for Digital Platforms

This is with reference to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ITD-1/ITD_VIAP/P/CIR/2025/131 dated September 25, 2025, and Exchange circular ref. no. NSE/COMP/70464 dated September 26, 2025, NSE/COMP/75240 dated July 16, 2026, and NSE/COMP/75511 dated July 31, 2026, pertaining to Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and Rules made there under - Mandatory Compliance by all Regulated Entities.

In accordance with above mentioned circulars, Trading Members are required to submit the “Accessibility Audit Report for the digital platforms and Remediation of findings from the audit” by October 31, 2026, to the Exchange.

For facilitating the submission of Accessibility Audit Report & Remediation of findings, Exchange has made available an online module on ENIT Portal. The path for accessing and submission of Accessibility Audit Report & Remediation of findings is given below.

ENIT Module path: ENIT -> NEW-Compliance -> Compliance -> Compliance with RPwD Act, 2016 -> RPwD Submission.

The guidelines/procedure for submission of Accessibility Audit Report for Digital Platforms are provided in Annexure A.

Annexure A

Step by step guide to submit the Accessibility Audit Report for Digital Platforms.

1. Login to Member portal – ENIT-NEW-Compliance > Compliance > Compliance with RPwD Act, 2016 -> RPwD Submission

2. On clicking “RPwD Submission”, below page will get open:

3. Details to be filled in Parameters –

• a. Member Code – This field will be auto-populated with the Member Code
• b. Member Name - This field will be auto-populated with the Member Name
• c. Financial Year - Select the Financial Year 2025-2026
• d. Are you dealing in ONLY Proprietary Trading? –
  • Select “Yes” if the Member is engaged ONLY in Proprietary Trading.
  • Select “No” if the Member is engaged in Clientele business.
  • Select “Only Institutional” if the Member is engaged ONLY in Institutional business.

4. In case, Trading Member is doing only Proprietary Trading, they should select “Yes” for “Are you dealing in ONLY Proprietary Trading?” and then click on the “Submit” button to complete the submission.

5. If Member selected “No” or “Only Institutional” for the tab “Are you dealing in ONLY Proprietary Trading?” then following tabs will open under “Digital Platforms”:

• a. Website
• b. Mobile Application
• c. Other Digital Platform / Portal / Application etc.

6. Website:

• The Website URLs submitted by the Member under “Maintenance of Website” tab, will be displayed in the corresponding RPwD tab.
• Members are required to review the displayed website URL, provide the details and click on “Save” button.

Important Note: Please verify that all URLs displaying on the tabs are correct and up to date before clicking on the "Save" button. Once URL details are saved, Members will not be allowed to update/change the URLs under this tab.

7. Mobile Applications:

• The Mobile Applications details submitted by the Member under “Mobile Applications” tab, will be displayed in the corresponding RPwD tab.
• Members are required to review the displayed Mobile Application name & URLs, provide the details and click on “Save” button.

First Step: Members need to first submit the details of Other Digital Platform / Portal / Application etc. on ENIT under the below mentioned path. (This submission is mandatory for all Trading Members)
