Sub: Submission of Accessibility Audit Report for Digital Platforms
This is with reference to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ITD-1/ITD_VIAP/P/CIR/2025/131 dated September 25, 2025, and Exchange circular ref. no. NSE/COMP/70464 dated September 26, 2025, NSE/COMP/75240 dated July 16, 2026, and NSE/COMP/75511 dated July 31, 2026, pertaining to Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and Rules made there under - Mandatory Compliance by all Regulated Entities.
In accordance with above mentioned circulars, Trading Members are required to submit the “Accessibility Audit Report for the digital platforms and Remediation of findings from the audit” by October 31, 2026, to the Exchange.
For facilitating the submission of Accessibility Audit Report & Remediation of findings, Exchange has made available an online module on ENIT Portal. The path for accessing and submission of Accessibility Audit Report & Remediation of findings is given below.
ENIT Module path: ENIT -> NEW-Compliance -> Compliance -> Compliance with RPwD Act, 2016 -> RPwD Submission.
The guidelines/procedure for submission of Accessibility Audit Report for Digital Platforms are provided in Annexure A.
