Update in Formats for Securities Lending and Borrowing Scheme

What changed

NSE Clearing Limited updates the formats for specific agreements and annexures under the Securities Lending and Borrowing Scheme. Participants and custodians must use these revised formats for bank guarantees, deeds of pledge, and collateral agreements. The update applies to the format of bank guarantee for margin deposit, renewal of bank guarantee, deed of pledge, agreement for placing government securities or treasury bills as collaterals, and the participant and NCL agreement. Participants must adopt these new versions for all future submissions.
