Subject: Extension of Incentive Framework under National Pension System (NPS) – “NPS e-shramik (Platform Service Partner) Model” for FY 2026-27
Kindly refer to the PFRDA Circular No: PFRDA/2025/19/PDES/02 dated 29th October 2025 regarding the introduction of the “NPS e-shramik (Platform Service Partner) Model”. The framework was launched to offer structured retirement benefits and social security to gig and platform economy workers through online aggregators.
Reference is invited to point no 3.6 Incentive Framework under NPS, “wherein it has been to encourage PoPs to actively build systems, create awareness, and educate platform Service Partners, PFRDA shall provide an incentive of upto ₹100 per new account on-boarded under this model.” The incentive framework for PoPs was applicable for platform Service Partners registered till 31st March 2026 under NPS e-shramik (Platform Service Partner) Model.
With the objective of expanding comprehensive old age income security to the Platform service partners through digital ecosystem adoption and seamless onboarding the Authority has decided to extend the ₹100 onboarding incentive benefit (as mentioned in the aforesaid circular) to the Financial Year (FY) 2026-27 (valid for enrollments up to 31st March 2027).All other stipulations and conditions as mentioned in PFRDA Circular dated 29th October 2025 shall remain completely unchanged and in force.
This circular is being issued in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14 of the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013.

विषय: वित्तीय वर्ष 2026-27 के सम्बन्ध में राष्ट्रीय पेंशन प्रणाली (एनपीएस) के अंतर्गत प्रोत्साहन कार्यढाँचा – “एनपीएस ई-श्रमिक (प्लेटफॉर्म सेवा साझेदार) मॉडल” का विस्तार।
कृपया “एनपीएस ई-श्रमिक (प्लेटफॉर्म सेवा भागीदार) मॉडल” की शुरुआत के संबंध में पीएफआरडीए के तारीख 29 अक्टूबर 2025 परिपत्र संख्या पीएफआरडीए/2025/19/पीडीईएस/02 का संदर्भ लें । इस कार्यढाँचे की शुरुआत ऑनलाइन एग्रीगेटर्स के माध्यम से गिग एवं प्लेटफॉर्म अर्थव्यवस्था के कामगारों को सुसंगठित सेवानिवृत्ति लाभ एवं सामाजिक सुरक्षा प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से की गई थी।
एनपीएस के अंतर्गत प्रोत्साहन कार्यढाँचे के बिंदु संख्या 3.6 का संदर्भ लें, जिसमें यह प्रावधान किया गया था कि पॉइंट्स ऑफ़ प्रेसेंस (पीओपी) को प्रणालियों के सक्रिय निर्माण, जागरूकता सृजन तथा प्लेटफॉर्म सेवा भागीदारों को शिक्षित करने हेतु प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए, पीएफआरडीए द्वारा इस मॉडल के अंतर्गत शामिल किए गए प्रत्येक नए खाते पर ₹100 तक का प्रोत्साहन प्रदान किया जाएगा। यह 31 मार्च 2026 तक पंजीकृत प्लेटफॉर्म सेवा भागीदारों के लिए उपलब्ध था।
डिजिटल इकोसिस्टम को अपनाने तथा सरल तरीके से योजना में शामिल करने के माध्यम से प्लेटफॉर्म सेवा भागीदारों को व्यापक वृद्धावस्था आय सुरक्षा प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से, प्राधिकरण ने उपर्युक्त परिपत्र में उल्लिखित ₹100 के ऑनबोर्डिंग प्रोत्साहन राशि को वित्तीय वर्ष 2026-27 तक विस्तारित करने का निर्णय लिया है। यह लाभ 31 मार्च 2027 तक किए गए पंजीकरण के लिए मान्य होगा। पीएफआरडीए के दिनांक 29 अक्टूबर 2025 के उक्त परिपत्र में उल्लिखित अन्य सभी प्रावधान एवं शर्तें यथावत एवं प्रभावी रहेंगी।
यह परिपत्र पेंशन निधि विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 14 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए जारी किया जा रहा है।
