The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority introduces an online account viewing facility for Atal Pension Yojana subscribers to access statements of account and Permanent Retirement Account Numbers. CRA-NSDL provides this online service to resolve grievances and complaints from subscribers who request physical statements by post. Subscribers visit the designated web portal and provide Permanent Retirement Account Number details or personal information such as name, bank account number, and date of birth. Subscribers view electronic statements of account, electronic Permanent Retirement Account Numbers, and pension fund manager investment positions through the portal.

Value Added Facilities for Atal Pension Yojana Subscribers
Atal Pension Yojana, is a bank led social security scheme which is aimed at protecting the old age income of the subscriber once they attain 60 years, with regular stream of income by the way of minimum guaranteed pension. As per the scheme, the contributions are collected from the subscribers who are the customers of the Bank/DoP and have opted for pension amount from Rs 1000 to Rs 5000 according to one's age and date of birth. The contribution is based on the age and the amount of pension chosen by the subscriber.
It is observed that a large number of complaints and grievances are being received from APY subscribers in physical form and through post for online viewing of statement of accounts in their respective PRANs issued under the APY scheme. To facilitate smooth access to their accounts, the CRA-NSDL has provided the option for Online Account viewing facility for Subscribers of Atal Pension Yojana. To view their statement of account (e-SOT) or the Permanent Retirement Account Number (E-PRAN):
Step 1- The subscriber/ stakeholder may visit the url: https://npslite-nsdl.com/CRAlite/EPranAPYOnloadAction.do.
Step 2- The webpage provides the following options:

Step 3- The Subscriber/ stakeholder may navigate his APY account by providing PRAN details if available. The facility is also available to those subscribers without PRAN provided they are enrolled into APY:

Step 4- The subscriber may provide details of name, bank account number, date of birth and options for views for subscriber i.e. e-PRAN or e-SOT. After providing the above details, the subscriber/ stakeholder may click the submit button and the following webpage appears:
